In the continually growing Atlanta restaurant scene, there is always room for another true southern kitchen. The question is, how do you make it stand apart? True Grits was the concept of two local chefs who wanted a unique pop-up experience where they could reimagine the southern staple, grits. Playing on the idea, we took inspiration from well loved spaghetti westerns and created a new idea; the wild south. A gritty, no holds barred experience that also happens to serve, well, grits.
